Just pizza. After many years I finally found time to try Colony Grill and I was under the wrong impression. Driving and walking past this building many times I always heard great things about it and the mood for some pub eats mixed with the free time meant that this would be the perfect opportunity to try it out. We were warmly greeted by the hostess upon entering. However we we're sat without being handed menus but the we were promptly greeted and welcomed by Tyler, he informed us that the full menu was there on the table and they only served pizzas. Initially we were a little disappointed but that changed quickly when he returned with our ice cold draft beers. We decided to make it a quick bite and get a margarita pizza and much to our surprise it did not take long. The visuals itself was beyond satisfactory; picturesque. Then the first bite came, a piping hot thing of beautiful, the type to wake up all of your taste buds in an angelic harmony of well done flavor. Bite after bite we could not stop praising the full flavor and the beyond exceptional texture of the pizza. Even days after we left we could not stop talking about how great our meal was. I look forward to returning

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most amazing pizza—seriously, that charred crust is out of this world! Spectacular and simply the best. It’s such a fun spot to hang out with friends. I sipped on a glass of wine while my friend enjoyed their awesome selection of local beers on tap. The service was great, and honestly, it’s just the perfect place to hang out. Can't wait to be back for more!

Amazing Pizza! Super friendly staff and management! Highly recommend this place! They actually make you feel welcome. Unlike other establishments. This is the place you should go to.

This place rocks. We went in the middle of the day when it was quiet, can imagine it gets rowdy during big events. The service was top tier…very helpful, very friendly. The pizza was awesome. Connecticut style, the toppings are consistent and they’re on the wall. I loved the vibes there. Chill sports bar with some good pie. Will definitely be back next time I’m in St. Pete!

Update 20206. Had to leave Eeyore behind since after the last experience he refused to come inside. Luckily this time. All was good. Service and food both spot on. This is a classic Chicago bar pie In my opinion, although they will say this is pizza from Connecticut since that's where they were founded. Thin crust. Fresh toppings. A solid bar pie style pizza. If you enjoy thin crust, give this place a try. Only thing I'd change with this pie is the cut. I'd go for a square cut versus the triangle. Next time the ol' donkey shall be happy to join in for some bar pie. Original Review 2026. Had to confirm with Google timeline to be accurate. Got seated at 8:42 p.m. and within a minute or two my glass of water arrived which was great. Server said she would be back in a moment to take my order. And then I waited and waited and waited. Server never returned. Me and Eeyroe stood up and looked around and didn't see my server. Just quite a few people at the bar enjoying their drinks. At 9: 12pm me and the ol' donkey walked out. No service, zero score. Had to eat elsewhere.
